Did you know that sending data by facsimile dates back to the 1840s? Due to the lack of a “medical” internet, unfortunately transmission of medical documents still relies on this antiquated technology. For documents not related to a specific patient, fax to 877-219-5342. For any other documents related to a specific patient, fax to 877-737-3521. Both numbers are secure.

Did you know that when current standards for email were set up, had these included a few extra features, email today could be a highly secure way to send messages. Our daily hours of operation are listed here. The lunch break is roughly 12 to 1 but can be changed to a different time slot if scheduled in advance. Since Fri is a shorter day, no lunch break is observed during office hours.

Allergen doses are given up to 30 min before closing time, in order to account for the required waiting period.

The time needed for food allergen doses and administration of certain medications might be longer than allergy injections (arrival must be earlier than 30 min before closing).
